AT&T Transfer of Service from UCF to Employee:

End user:

• Call 888-444-4410 and press option 1, and then 5, then option 1. This will get a representative on the phone, who will make the changes.



• A credit check will be done on employees switching to personal liability so please make sure it is the actual person calling in to switch liability as they will not assist someone calling on behalf of the employee.



• All lines will be moved to an 11 month contract if no changes are being made to the device. End user has the ability to get a new device up to 30 days after transfer but will then have to sign a new 2 year contract.



• Please let the representative know that you are still working for UCF and provide them with this Foundation Account Number: 82869. This number will allow you to get the monthly discount of 15%. Added to the account there will be a transfer a fee of $18.
Once the service number is moved into Personal Liability, contact Keisha via email with the account number and mobile number and she will have the $18 credited and the FAN 82869 added.


• This process takes about 10-15 minutes to be completed and the transfer is immediate.

Please be advised that if you are on an old plan when the transfer is made the plan will be updated to one of the most current plans that are being offered.

Rollover minutes will be kept if there are no changes to the plan and will be added to the new account at the end of the billing cycle. If the plan is changed at the time of transfer and there is rollover, you will only be able to keep the amount of rollover of the plan you are moving to.
